18-19/11/2019: The 14 th LCA Conference was organised in Hungary with the support of the CIRCE2020 project
On 18-19 November 2019 in Szentendre, Hungary, Bay Zoltán Non-profit Ltd. for Applied Research organised the “Circular solutions, innovation - challenges in field of lifecycle management” conference. The event was organised in collaboration with ÉMI Non-Profit Llc for Quality Control and Innovation in Building and with the Hungarian LCA Centre Association. The 2-day conference attracted nearly 60 participants from the corporate, research and academic sectors interested in industrial symbiosis and greening industrial processes.
To ensure a wide visibility of the Circe 2020 project, lecturers from BZN informed the audience about the project achievements, with a special view to the life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle cost assessment (LCC) learning procedures that have been carried out in the consortium in the last 2 years.
The presentations included information about the pilots of the partner countries, and emphasized especially the Hungarian waste streams and the related pilots. The LCA and LCC results of the project showcased the methods created in Circe 2020 for the companies and allow them benefit from these.

08/08/2019: The CIRCE 2020 Wiki platform is online!
We are pleased to announce that the CIRCE 2020 Wiki web platform is online! The platform is a tool conceptualized to support stakeholders that are approaching the uptake of Circular Economy practices and to facilitate the fast creation, sharing and transfer of collaborative knowledge based on the successful case studies of the CIRCE 2020 project.
